All products are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, leaflets, and carry bag intact.
The product should be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold. Products that are used, washed, damaged, altered, or missing their original packaging or accessories may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team may request photographs or other details to verify the condition of the product.
Once the returned product is received, it will be inspected by our team. The return will be approved only if the product meets the conditions mentioned above.
If the return is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed according to our applicable refund and return procedures. Products that do not meet the return conditions may be sent back to the customer.
